Pilates is a system of movement and therapeutic exercise that was developed by Joseph H. Pilates over a span of 60 years. The beauty of Pilates is that it can be for everybody, no matter what age. Whether you are a marathoner, a new mother or you sit at a desk all day, Pilates is designed to teach your body how to organise itself and lengthen while finding strength from the inside out.

The goal is to enable you to do anything you want to do with ease - whether it's running for the bus, playing on the trampoline with your kids or sitting at you desk all day. When our bodies are unhappy with us it has such an impact on our overall wellbeing. My clients often refer to Pilates as the best insurance so that they can keep doing everything they want to – actively and with vigour. You’ll leave your Pilates session feeling stronger, taller and more energised.
